To prepare the koftas mash the boiled potatoes .Add 1tbsp crushed red chili,1tsp crushed black pepper chopped coriander,2 finely chopped green chilies.1/2cup rice flour and a pinch of salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Shape the potato mixture into medium sized koftas, dip in beaten egg white and fry.
To prepare the gravy heat oil in a deep skillet and fry 3 chopped onions till they turn brown. Remove and place on an absorbent paper.
In a mixing bowl, add 1/2cup yogurt, brown onions, 1tsp red chili powder, 1tbsp all spice powder, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1tsp turmeric powder. Mix the ingredients well and in the same deep skillet pour the yogurt mixture and dry on a medium flame till the oil forms a separate layer on top. Add the potato koftas. Fry for 2-3 minutes then add a cup of lukewarm water, after cooking for 5 minutes add a packet of fresh cream and stir.
Garnish with chopped coriander and 2 chopped green chilies. Serve with naan.
