Well folks...Its too much hot, in fact, smoldering hot outside nowadays...Water constitutes up a great part of our body and is quite essential for good health...

With an average temp. of 45'c outside and the blazing sun above our heads, we lose a lot of water from our body and suffer from dehydration,etc.

In order to avoid any unwanted situation like passing out during the exams or while traveling on bikes or wherever, just take in lots of liquids especially water and fresh juices, lemon juice would be the most suitable.

So, Drink a lot and Beat th3 H3aT...

Enjoy a happy vacations and best of luck for the Exams..
