Dubai's rotating tower; Preview of World's First Rotating Skyscraper

The world's first revolving, pre-fabricated tower is to be built in Dubai by Italian architect Dr. David Fisher. The Dh11b 80-storey Dynamic tower will be 420 metres tall and located on Shaikh Zayed Road.
