 Thar Coal Statistic Thar Coal Statistics: All the oil reserves of Saudi Arab & Iran are approximately 375 billion barrels.  But a single Thar coal reserve Of Sindh is about 850 Trillion cubic feet which can produce more oil than Saudi and Iran combined. It requires an initial investment of Rs. 420 Billion where Pakistan receives 1220 billion from taxes only every year. Just 2% usage of Thar coal can produce 20,000 Mega watts of electricity for the next 40 years without a single second of load shedding. We don't need to ask anyone for help if we can utilize our own resources.
