 SC receives COAS, DG ISI reply in memo case
ISLAMABAD: Cheif of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani and DG ISI Shuja Pasha have submitted their replies to the Supreme Court in the memo case, Geo News reported.
The replies of the COAS and DG ISI were submitted on behalf of the attorney general who had earlier received them via the office of the COAS.
Replies have also been received from the cabinet, law, defence, interior and foreign secretaries.
Earlier the Supreme Court had also received replies from Mansoor Ijaz and Husain Haqqani.
While speaking to the media Attorney General Maulvi Anwarul Haq had said that President Zardari’s reply in the case would not be submitted on Thursday.
The Supreme Court will hear the memogate case on December 19.
