same matter with sweedish institutes of technology, technical education ka bhi bura haal kr diya.. positions agr galti sy govt.colleg k students lay jayin tou govt jobs ye sweedish waly ly jaty hain.. ma khud as a teacher sweedish k students ko b-tech mei teach kia, ounhy kuch bhi nahi aata apna DAE mei sy. even once ik student ko ye bhi nhi pata k DAE sy bnta kia hai. .(Diploma Associate Engineering)., amzaing wo b-tech(this is bachlor degree after DAE) kr raha hai..

yes aik had tak relation bhi theak hai but basically position anay ki waja kiya hai ... see Punjab College walay annonce kartay han k 85 % par free admission after it merit list main sirf un ka naam daitay han jin k 90+ % hun ... small cities main like rahim yar khan Punjab college aik strong idara hai lihaza 85 + % walay bachay self finanace par bhi admission le laitay han ,,. yey main nay persnally experiment kiya hai ...
aur baqi bachay MTB , Superior and Govt. colleges main jatay han etc

ab daikhain jhaian 90 + % walay sare bachay hun gay aur kuch 85 walay ,, wahain positions kaise nai aye gi ,, batahain zahir hain position tu aye gi na ...,
tu Punjab Colleges walaun ka sirf 10 % mehnat hoti hai 90 % mehnat tu bachay khud hi kartay han .,..

agree with salman, its right that most of the intelligent students get admission in that colleges and its also a reason of their position...
Salman I don't know that these colleges has influence to change the position holders, so I've said " suna h" means mjy khud nai pata k asa hota h but some people also admit it...
